Development scaffolding. This is not an entitlement authority and carries no commercial meaning. It exists so the Local and SIT builds of Slipwright Schedule and Slipwright Dependencies can reach entitlement outcomes that are otherwise unreachable during development. Production must never point at it.
The only endpoint is:
GET /v1/entitlement?organisationId=<guid>
One answer serves both products, carrying the union of the two contracts — each client discards the fields it does not know about.
An organisation it does not recognise receives a 200, never a 404,
because a non-2xx would be read as "the service is down". Schedule reads
that answer as its permanent free seat (seats: 1);
Dependencies, which has no free tier, reads it as no answer at all.
It stores nothing, logs only the organisation identifier it was asked about, and receives no personal data — the request carries an organisation identifier and nothing else.
